2024 Summer Clinic
495 Lacrosse summer clinic will introduce boys to the 495 LC coaching experience. This summer day clinic is structured to ensure every player advances their game. Your son will be exposed to many different skills, drills, and competitive formats to take their current abilities and knowledge to the next level. Our program emphasizes an innovative, energetic, and fun atmosphere focused on improving 'Lax IQ,' core skills, and teamwork. The 495 goal is for each boy to enjoy the experience, build their passion for lacrosse, and create lifelong memories.
Clinic Directors are Hopkinton Varsity Head Coach Dan Norton and Tom O'Rourke. They will lead a staff of local high school Coaches and current college and high school athletes. Daily lunch breaks feature several guest speakers who will share their perspectives and experiences.
