495 Lacrosse Calendar
SUMMARY:
Summer:
13.5+ hours per age group in preparation for Summer Tournaments.
Fall:
13.5+ hours highlighting a combination of Individual/Positional and Team-based Practices in preparation for Fall Tournaments.
Winter:
25+ hours of Highly Specialized Training:
At 495, we are committed to truly investing in our players and families. Our Winter program includes a ton of indoor practice time. Not only will 495 Lacrosse offer 25+ hours of high quality training (per each age group), but we also offer some alternating days/locations to provide our families with maximum optionality to allow for heightened participation by all.
Training for all focuses on:
- Individual & Positional skills,
- Team based strategies (O & D),
- Field and box concepts/skill training,
- Goalies and FOGOs (dedicated coaching),
- Footwork, speed and agility,
- High tempo transition,
- IQ development, etc.
