Each year, all 495 LC players are required to be up-to-date US Lacrosse members. It is the responsibility of each parent/guardian to renew their player's US Lacrosse membership at www.uslacrosse.org.
As a part of your 495 LC registration process, you will need to confirm that your son is an active member of US Lacrosse with a current membership number. Your registration will not be complete until confirmation of an active US Lacrosse membership is confirmed electronically. 495 Lacrosse will also manually check US Lacrosse numbers and expiration dates for all our club players each month.
No player or coach will be allowed to participate without a valid US Lacrosse membership.
